Dr. Robyn Barlow, ND

Dr. Robyn Barlow received her Doctorate of Naturopathic Medicine in 2005 from the National College of Naturopathic Medicine in Portland, OR.  She graduated Cum Laude with a B.S. in Zoology from Washington State University in 1997.  Between her undergraduate and graduate programs she served in the Peace Corps in West Africa from 1998-2000.

Dr. Barlow established Chico Naturopathic Medicine in Chico, CA in 2006, and has been in general family practice ever since.  Dr. Barlow has a passion for connecting with her patients on a personal level.  She believes that in order to truly heal from most chronic diseases, it is important to address any underlying mental, emotional, or spiritual contributing factors.

My goal is to provide the support and expertise necessary to facilitate healing, while my patients learn to create healthy lives for themselves.  "

Dr. Barlow sees patients of all ages and enjoys treating everything from sore throats and allergies to hormone imbalance, gastrointestinal disorders, and auto-immune disease.  When not at work, she enjoys spending time in nature- hiking, biking, running, camping, traveling, etc.  "I also like photography, love to paint, cook, read, and garden.  I believe that maintaining a healthy balance between work and play, and engaging in creative activities regularly, is essential for our true well-being."

Dr. Barlow served on the board of directors for the California Naturopathic Doctors Association (CNDA) from 2010-2012 and has been a regular CNDA member since 2006.
